Today for aerobics,we learn stepboard..the instructor say stepboard is good for legs and butts...and it is fat-burning.
EVERBODY HEARD IT??? Its fat burning..High cardio...
and we do toning for our triceps & biceps...and then cool down.
But there was something bad in the middle of the workout.I suddenly blacked-out and just a bit more,i will be fainting!!! BAD BAD BAD...
AND tomorrow i have aerobics again..soooo tired..Just hope i can pull through tomorrow.=)
To Serene:study hard and focus..common test coming already must study le...Rest well too..=) and i will see u to study on fri!!!
